Indianapolis, IN – Oct. 7, 2010 – Indecon Solutions, a leading national IT services firm, today announced its acquisition of SkilGroup, a Chicago-based technology solutions leader. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Indecon, founded in Chicago and based in Indianapolis, is a women-owned business that is dedicated to helping clients solve challenges by providing strategic thought, innovative technology and expert resources that improve performance and profitability. The company provides consulting and staffing services across the full IT spectrum with specialization in project management, business analysis and application development.

Together Indecon and SkilGroup, which will operate as Indecon, will deepen the combined organization’s market presence, expand the candidate pool for both groups and provide new services to respective client companies.
